Heartship is a daily check-in for two people in a relationship. One subscription covers the couple. Big Sky Little Acorn, LLC operates it from Manchaca, Texas.
The daily log
Each person opens Heartship once a day and scores the day from 1 to 10, then writes a few lines. The entry is permanent. When both people have logged, the day score appears on both phones and the streak advances. A partner reads the score and the time. A partner never reads the other person's entry text.
The question and the points
One question goes to both people at 9:00 AM. Each answer stays hidden until both people have answered. Points pay to the couple, never to one person: 10 for a log, 15 when both log, 5 for an answer, 20 for a date night. Sunday at 8:00 PM the app writes the weekly result and the standing among couples.
The nightly line
At 7:30 PM local time, or at a minute each person chooses, one line arrives by push, text, or email. The line comes from a profile built out of that person's own answers to a ten-step questionnaire and a 58-item interview. The profile stays inside that person's account. History holds a calendar of both scores, and the period analysis reads a stretch of days.

$19.99 a month
For the couple. The other option is $199.90 a year. One charge goes to the purchaser, and the partner pays nothing. Seven days run first from the day the bond activates, then the card is charged. Cancel any time from the account page.

Text messages from Heartship
Heartship sends sign-in codes, invite messages, and account notifications by text message. A person gives a mobile number on the signup form and checks the consent box. The box is never checked in advance, and the number is required for nothing else.

- Message frequency varies. A sign-in code goes out only after a person requests one, at most 3 in 15 minutes. A reminder goes out at most once a day, and only for a person who chooses the text channel.
